I have 2 Seagate Slim external hard drives, a 1 TB and a 2 TB. After having trouble having the MacBook Pro (2013) running Sierra 10.12.3, I downloaded the driver off of the Seagate site. Now the computer can recognize and open the drive. I formatted both drives using disk utility. All well and good except Time Machine does not work on either drive. It works on my very old (2008) 360GB Seagate external drive though. Time Machine tells me it cannot find or use the drive as the need to be formatted, yet both were. So, now all I can do is copy and paste from the computer to the drive instead of Time Machine. Piano tutorial software. Any ideas how to get Time Machine to work?

I have a relatively new Seagate Backup Plus 2TB External Drive that I have been moving files to for the last couple of weeks. I am using a 13' MacBook Air (2017) running 10.13.3, and it has been recently updated. I was transferring files when the drive warning came up about removing the drive without properly ejecting it. I unplugged the drive and plugged it back in. The drive showed up in Finder and I tried to open it, but it caused Finder to crash. I unplugged the drive and relaunched Finder and started again.
To format an external hard drive on your Mac (paraphrased from here): Connect the drive to your Mac; Open Applications Utilities Disk Utility; On the left hand side of Disk Utility you'll see a list of drives. Find your external drive and select it. Select the Erase tab and choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled) for the format and give it a name. Look for the Seagate External drive in (My) Computer/This PC. It will be a drive letter, like E: or F: (unless you have changed it). Double-click on the external drive. The window will change to a display of the contents of the external drive. On the top bar of the window, choose Edit.

Unfortunately the drive won't even show up in disk utility (already configured to show all devices). Roblox exploit for mac download. I have tested the drive cable with another drive and everything is fine, the other drive mounts perfectly. I tried to plug in the Seagate again and it just sits and beeps periodically. I have installed the Seagate driver that was recommended and even played with the Paragon software. Nada.

Uninstallpkg 1 0 25 download free. I have to ge this drive running because I was in the process of reorganizing drives and there are files on that drive that I need and haven't backed up yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.
